We want you to wear your Frisco RoughRiders gear with pride, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
